Suminagashi, the enchanting art

The ancient Japanese art of painting on water.
Emotions and sensations can be released in patterns floating on water. First in water with a gentle flow of colour, then on sheets of paper in harmonious interplays of shapes and hues, concluding with designing an intriguing map of the soul. This is its magical essence. A workshop is held at Rosa Rosae by Beatrice Basso, and is accompanied by a vegetarian dinner.
