At the weekend, Rosa Rosae is the scene of great excitement in preparation for dinner. Wooden tables are carefully and thoughtfully laid, gradually acquiring shape, colour and emotion, always inspired by Mother Nature and all the fruits she miraculously gives us in every season. Hundreds of candles illuminate a magical atmosphere, the scene is filled with a variety of dishes offering a thousand aromas, flavours and colours, waiting for the protagonists to begin the dancing by tucking into their favourite food…
